Money, Yours support

The Money, Yours version 1.0 beta runs on iPhone and iPad, keeps its personal-finance records on the device, and does not ask for bank credentials. Version 1.0 does not synchronize records between devices. A Mac edition and optional continuity are post-launch roadmap work, not current capabilities. Before contacting support, create a backup if the app is available and remove account numbers, receipt details, and other sensitive information from screenshots.

  • For Quicken migrations, export register transactions as CSV on Mac or QIF on Windows.
  • Money, Yours also accepts CSV, TSV, OFX, and QFX transaction files.
  • Quicken QXF transfer archives are not supported transaction imports.
  • Review the import preview before accepting it; an accepted import batch can be rolled back.
  • Portable backup and restore move a snapshot manually; they are not live synchronization. Do not maintain separate active copies on multiple devices and expect their changes to merge.
  • For purchase help, include the words “Money, Yours purchase” but never send an Apple ID password.

Next Rep support

Next Rep keeps workout history, routines, goals, settings, and My Gym progress in private storage on your iPhone. Before contacting support, create a backup under Profile > Data & backup when the app is available, and remove personal workout details from any screenshots you send.

  • To connect Apple Health, open Profile > App settings > Apple Health. Saving Next Rep workouts and importing workout summaries are separate optional controls. Import can read workout summaries, active energy, and walking, running, or cycling distance; it does not request routes or heart rate. Access can be changed later in Apple’s Health or Settings app.
  • Completed workouts created in Next Rep can earn My Gym experience and virtual coins. Imported history appears in Progress and Insights but does not award retroactive rewards.
  • My Gym rewards are cosmetic. They do not restrict workout logging, routines, progress, or other core fitness features.
  • Use Profile > Data & backup to export a private backup or restore a compatible Next Rep backup. Restore is additive: valid non-duplicate records are added while existing records and configured My Gym choices are preserved.
  • Deleting an imported workout in Next Rep does not delete its Apple Health source. Next Rep excludes that same Health workout from later imports while the app’s local data remains installed.
  • When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, the screen you were using, and what happened. Do not attach a workout backup unless support requests it and you are comfortable sharing its contents.

MacroDay support

MacroDay keeps your food diary, saved foods, recipes, goals, weight, exercise, water, preferences, and My Kitchen progress on your iPhone. No account is required. Before contacting support, create a MacroDay backup under Settings > Data and Backup when the app is available, and remove personal nutrition, weight, and health details from screenshots you send.

  • To connect Apple Health, open Settings > Apple Health. Access is optional and read-only for workouts and body mass; manual nutrition and exercise tracking remain available when access is denied.
  • MacroDay includes a bundled food catalog and can optionally query Open Food Facts for food-name and barcode results. If an item is unavailable, scan its Nutrition Facts label or create a custom food.
  • Use Settings > Data and Backup to export a private MacroDay backup or readable CSV, or to restore a compatible MacroDay backup. User-created exports are not encrypted by MacroDay, so store and share them carefully.
  • My Kitchen rewards consistent use with cosmetic progress. It does not reward eating less, losing weight, skipping meals, or excessive exercise, and it does not restrict MacroDay’s food-tracking features.
  • When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, MacroDay version and build number, the screen you were using, and what happened. Do not attach a backup unless support requests it and you are comfortable sharing its contents.

PetKeeper support

PetKeeper keeps pet profiles, care history, reminders, appointments, documents, and provider information organized on your iPhone. One pet and core care tools are available free; the one-time PetKeeper Lifetime purchase unlocks the complete feature set. Before contacting support, remove private pet-health details, policy numbers, microchip identifiers, and other sensitive information from screenshots unless they are necessary to explain the issue.

  • To restore a Lifetime purchase, open More > PetKeeper Lifetime and choose Restore Purchases. Never send an Apple ID password to support.
  • Nearby Care asks for location access only after you start a nearby provider search. You can continue using PetKeeper without granting location access.
  • Document scanning asks for camera access only when you choose Scan document. Text recognition runs on the device, and imported or scanned originals remain attached to the pet’s records.
  • Household sharing uses iCloud and CloudKit. The owner controls invitations and roles for shared pets; PetKeeper remains usable without joining a shared household.
  • Complete backups and generated PDF/CSV reports may contain private pet-care information. Store and share them carefully, and do not attach a complete backup to a support message unless support requests it and you are comfortable sharing its contents.
  • When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, PetKeeper version and build number, the screen you were using, and what happened.

Protect your information

SimplyOwned support will not ask for your Apple ID password, account password, full payment-card number, or online-banking credentials. Please do not include those items, unredacted bank statements, tax forms, or full account numbers in a support message.
