Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the SimplyOwned website, support services, and applications unless a product presents additional terms.

Using our services
By using a SimplyOwned website or application, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
App licenses and the App Store
SimplyOwned applications are licensed, not sold, for personal use under the terms presented with the app, including any applicable Apple standard license terms. App downloads, purchases, refunds, subscription management, and billing may also be governed by Apple’s Media Services terms and App Store policies.
Purchases and optional subscriptions
Our goal is for each app’s core experience to provide lasting value. Depending on the product, that core may be offered free or through a one-time purchase. An app may separately offer an optional subscription when a selected feature depends on continuously refreshed or licensed information and ongoing service costs.
Any subscription’s price, billing period, included features, trial terms, and auto-renewal details will be shown before purchase. App Store subscriptions are charged to the user’s Apple account, renew unless canceled under the terms shown at purchase, and can be managed in Apple account settings. Features and prices offered in the future may vary by product and region.
Money, Yours
Money, Yours is a recordkeeping, budgeting, planning, and reporting tool based on information the user enters or imports. It does not connect to financial institutions, move money, initiate transactions, provide tax or investment advice, or guarantee that an imported record, balance, budget, forecast, or report is complete or accurate. Users remain responsible for reviewing their records and confirming important information with the applicable financial institution or adviser.
The app’s starter features may be used without a time-limited trial. A non-consumable App Store purchase unlocks the complete core feature set for the purchasing Apple account, subject to Apple’s purchase, restoration, and refund rules. Money, Yours does not require a subscription for its core features.
Version 1.0 stores working records locally on each device and does not synchronize them. If Money, Yours later offers synchronization, the applicable terms and in-app disclosures will describe the implemented service and user choices before it is made available.
Third-party information and services
Apps may display information supplied by users or third parties. Schedules, prices, availability, catalogs, and other external information can change or contain errors. References to third-party services do not imply endorsement or control. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Ownership
SimplyOwned’s software, design, branding, and original content are owned by SimplyOwned LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute them except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as products and external services evolve. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes affecting a paid offering will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the purchase terms presented through the App Store.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SimplyOwned services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated. SimplyOwned LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on third-party data or a user’s decision to purchase, retain, or cancel another service. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
